Terms of Service

By accessing and using Adams Analytics ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Build in Cairo, the company behind Adams Analytics.

Adams Analytics provides Meta advertising analytics and reporting for Facebook and Instagram advertisers. The service includes: campaign performance tracking and analytics, Facebook page analytics, Instagram profile analytics, website purchase funnel reporting, bilingual (Arabic & English) PDF report generation, and multi-account management.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Paid features require a subscription, billed monthly or annually depending on the plan you choose. Every new account starts with a 7-day free trial — no credit card required. You may cancel at any time, with access continuing until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy: a refund may be requested, for any reason, within three (3) calendar days of the payment date. Renewals are non-refundable. Cancelling a subscription is not the same as requesting a refund.

You agree not to: violate any applicable laws or regulations, infringe on intellectual property rights, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, use the service for fraudulent purposes, scrape or extract data beyond your own account, or interfere with the service's operation or other users' access.

Your use of Adams Analytics must comply with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies. We access your Meta data solely via official read-only API permissions. You are responsible for ensuring your Meta ad account activities comply with Meta's advertising policies.

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference. We store and process your Meta advertising data solely to provide the Service to you. We never sell your data.

Adams Analytics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service, including loss of revenue or data. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that period constitutes acceptance.
