👋Privacy Overview

Adams Analytics ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates as a SaaS reporting platform for Meta advertisers. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our service at meta.buildincairo.com and related domains.

📊Information We Collect

Account Information: Name, email address, and billing information when you create an account.

Meta Platform Data: When you connect your Meta accounts, we access your ad campaigns, performance metrics, page insights, and audience data via read-only API permissions (ads_read, pages_read_engagement, instagram_basic). We never request write permissions.

Usage Data: How you interact with the platform — features used, pages visited, report exports, and session duration.

Device & Technical Data: Browser type, IP address, and operating system for security monitoring purposes.

⚙️How We Use Your Data

We use your data exclusively to: provide and maintain the reporting service, generate analytics and PDF reports from your Meta data, send important service and billing notifications, process payments, and ensure platform security and prevent fraud. We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.

🤝Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with: payment processors (for billing), our VPS infrastructure provider (OVH, France) for hosting, Meta APIs for data synchronization, and as required by applicable law or court order.

🍪Cookies, Analytics & Advertising Technologies

This section covers our public website. We and our advertising partners use cookies and similar technologies — including the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API — to understand how visitors use our website and to measure and improve our own advertising. These tools may collect information such as the pages you view, actions you take on our site (for example registering or starting a trial), your device and browser, and a hashed identifier, and share it with Meta Platforms, Inc. to help us measure ad performance and reach relevant audiences. This is separate from the Meta advertising data you connect inside the product, which we never use for our own advertising and never sell. You can control cookies through your browser settings and manage ad personalization in your Meta account settings. Our own website analytics. We also run our own first-party analytics on this website — no third party is involved and nothing is shared or sold. For each page you view we record the page path, the website that referred you (its domain only), any campaign tags in the link you followed (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign), your broad device type, browser and operating system, an approximate country derived from your IP address, and a random identifier stored in two first-party cookies — one that lasts about a year and one that expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. If you are signed in, the page view is also associated with your account. We deliberately do not store your IP address, your full browser user-agent string, or the query string of the pages you visit. The random identifier is not derived from your IP address or device and cannot be used to identify you outside this website. We use this only to understand how people find and use the site — which pages work, where visitors come from, and where they get stuck. These records are automatically deleted after 180 days. You can block or clear these cookies through your browser settings.

🗄️Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Campaign metrics and report data are retained for the lifetime of your subscription. Upon account deletion, we remove all personal data within 30 days. You can request deletion at any time by contacting us.

Your Rights

You have the right to: access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, export your data in a portable format, withdraw consent at any time, opt out of non-essential communications, and lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
