How Your Data is Stored

Primary Data Store: MySQL database hosted on OVH VPS infrastructure in France. All account data, campaign metrics, Instagram insights, and profile analytics are stored here. Prisma ORM is used for all database access — type-safe, parameterized queries only.

Report Storage: Exported PDF reports are stored as binary data directly in the database. There is no separate file storage service — exports are self-contained and available for re-download at any time from your Reports page.

Active Accounts: Full data retained for the lifetime of your subscription.
Campaign Metrics: Historical Meta performance data retained as long as your account exists.
Deleted Accounts: All personal data purged within 30 days of account deletion upon verified request.
Meta Tokens: OAuth tokens are invalidated and removed immediately upon account disconnection or deletion.

Database backups are performed daily at the infrastructure level on our OVH VPS. In case of data loss, we can restore to the most recent backup. If you need data recovery assistance, contact us at support@buildincairo.com. We recommend regularly exporting your reports from the Reports page as a personal archive.

Multi-tenant architecture with strict row-level data isolation. Every database query is scoped to your user ID — your data is never mixed with or accessible to other accounts. Prisma ORM enforces these boundaries at the application layer. Admin access is restricted to accounts with the isAdmin flag and is logged and audited.

You can export your PDF reports at any time from the Reports page. You can request a full account data export or complete data deletion by contacting us at support@buildincairo.com. We process all deletion requests within 30 days and send a confirmation email when complete.
